Now at day 6 of a fructose free life. While I am not craving sugar, I still find myself getting sick of eating savoury snacks. At the moment my 'go to' snack for sweetness is a full cream milk hot cocoa, with half a teaspoon of Natvia. Obviously I need to find something else.
