These have 8.9% sugars but they are predominantly maltodextrin and glucose so not too bad and there are plenty of nuts. Unfortunately my daughter isn't interested but I find them good when I have had some sugar and am coming off it.

I've founds heaps of great products from Aldi that are sugar free.  They have a greek yoghurt which is sugar free (like the Tamar Valley No Added Sugar brand), it does have sweetener 955 in it though.  Thanks for this I'll have to have a look in Aldi for these.  I just usually skip past that section with all the museli bars.

Aldi's greek yoghurt (the one in the blue, black and white container, 1kg) is very very nice and no nasties at all (ie no artifcials or sugar). just milk, cream and cultures.

Some would also be the sugar that's in nuts too.  So over all not too bad!

dont mind the pccassional fruit bar. I found these in coles in the healt section.
    ingredients
    corn flakes
    rice bran syrup
    puffed rice
    puffed millet
    sorghum
    almonds
    pepitas
    rice bran oil
    canola oil
    and no added cane sugar.
suger per 100 is 20.4 BUT that would be from the ricemalt syrup.
also states on packets no FRUCTOSE, gluten free, wheat free, peanut free, dairy free,no added cane sugar and Australian owned and made which is nice .
thought peolpe might be interested as a snack sometimes.

I had a look, and have now forgotten my view!!  (eye roll)    I do think though that there would be some sugar from the cornflakes.

While I was Googling, I found this site, Choice & compare the snacks.Link here:-

    http://www.choice.com.au/reviews-and-tests/food-and-health/food-and-drink/groceries/sweet-snacks/page/snacks-table.aspx

Made verrrry interesting reading. Glad I don't eat them.

I think I do remember thinking when I looked at the Aldi one that I wouldn't buy it, but can't remember why now!! Sorry. If I remember next time I'm in there, I'll have another look.

BTW, I have had the Carman's fruit free muesli in the past, only 8.1% sugars, so ok if you only eat it now & then. I have now discovered the Woolies new label, Macro, Untoasted Muesli. It has whole almonds in it,     and is delish. I put milk on it & warm in the micro, let it soak for 5 mins, add half a banana & a dollop of cream, terrific as an after dinner dessert, takes me ages to eat, (bad teeth) so fills me up, plus satisfies my brain too....!!
