In 'The Book' whipped cream in a spray can is mentioned as being sugar added, so out. Have found the Woolworths Select are sweetened with Dextrose now, so okay. Same with one brand of crumpets ('Golden', I think), and those tubes of seasonings in veg section - 'Gourmet Garden'. Enjoy!
