I live in Melbourne, you can get the Zehnder bread down here also.  The one I like (being coeliac) is called Mattise Buckwheat and it is delicious.  Low GI and very low sugar content.  The Zehnders I find are rather high GI which can leave me feeling hungry soon after my meal.  They also tend to burn very easily when toasted so my boyfriend banned it from the house because he couldnt stand the smoke alarm going off every time I cooked toast!!!  lol
