sugar-free soy sauce and low-sugar fish sauce

     I purchased the naturally brewed soy sauce in an Asian supermarket; it lists the ingredients as salt, soybean,wheat flour, refined water.
    unfortunately the brand is in characters my keyboard doesnt have; but the label is red, and on the energy label it says
     DB soy sauce;
    The fish sauce is Poonsin, it has 5% sugar listing
