Is this bad? It has fructofibres sourced from chicory.
    What artificial sweeteners are OK?

I'm with you Sandra, although to my embarrassment, I still can't give up my tea & occasional coffee. I am still using 1 Splenda tablet in my weak black tea, (Earl Grey), and 1 Splenda plus 1 sachet of Natvia in my coffee.

Have tried, honestly, but just don't enjoy them with no sweetener at all. I have either tea or coffee with breakfast. Cuppa soup for lunch, milky cocoa with 1 sachet of Natvia for a late night hot drink. Otherwise I drink water. It's too cold for too much cold water at the moment, but I guess I will have more when it warms up a bit. Plus I won't be able to have the cuppa soup when it's hot. But I do enjoy my coffee/tea with brekky!

So, for now, I'm just going with it. But I don't have to like it!! lol

You know it's quite possible to drink plain HOT water in the winter. Some Asian ladies I worked with drank it all the time, so I tried it and it was fine! You do have to get over the idea that it should be the same as cold water, but hey... that's in the mind!! (And you don't need to add Anything)

Have you tried Stevia Sandra? It's on David's "it's up to you" list.
