I have been looking for ideas for quick meals that are enticing to teenagers and still within the sugar limit. Taco are always a favorite and the 'Mission' brand of taco shells are gluten free and on 1.0g per 100grams of sugar - add some mince and toppings yum.
Another favorite is vegetable lasagne and after reading the back of all the packets discovered that San Remo Lasagne is only 0.6% sugar!
