These porous biscuits come in a few varieties - corn, rye, wheat - I prefer the original corn (maize) based type. It has only 2.2% fats and 0.6% sugars. They are light and crisp and very tasty with a bit of cream cheese &/or Vegemite. I have two with my morning coffee and sometimes one with afternoon tea.

    Enjoy!

Put a slice of tomato on top of the cream cheese salt and peper it's a snack or even lunch.
