I have this White Wings "Rich Golden Gravy" Powder I have been using for years but until now never thought of checking the sugar content. Not completely sugar free but very low according to the proportion given under the Nutrition Information. It states that sugars are 0.1g per serve [1 serving size is 68g] and 0.2g per 100g. Has Maltdextrin in it and sugar itself not noted. What do you think about this product? Okay to use? LynM

personally I wouldn't have a problem with it. I go for no  sugar first then  anything below 3% sugar that doesn't have sugar  high  in the ingredients. Been  doing it for  10  weeks now and feeling great.
