    Arnotts SAO biscuits have virtually no sugar...a whole packet of 250grams, yields just 1.5g of sugar. Pig out with impunity!

    Arnotts also has Sesame Wheat crackers that are sugar free with only 0.3g per 100g's, and they are yummy. I love them with cheese.

    Try them with cream cheese and a slice of tomato or cucmber.  Better than bread.  I carry sao with butter and vegemite in my bag if I know I will be on the run for lunch.  Think of the money we are saving.  Shapes aren't bad either so when at a party (or offer to take a dish) go for the shapes, kabana and cheese.
