Diet cottees cordial & Jelly

    Are we allowed to have a little cottes lemon or orange diet cordial,as i cant drink diet fizzy drinks. Also if we are allowed to have diet jelly. Areoplain Jelly has no sugar.

    I have a great recipie for FLUBBER Its really just Hard jelly squares. Kids love them,

    you can have them but be careful .. they have two type of no added sugar cordial - one type is 25% fruit juice and artificial sweeteners - they other type is just artificial sweeteners.  You need to avoid the ones that say they have fruit juice in them.
