i cant believe it!!! i have lost 3kg in the first 2 weeks after not losing any weight the previous month (eating sugar), i am training for an endurance event and really wanted to lose some weight. i have not had cravings, feel so full on less food and also it is such a treat after 15 years of low fat food to now have full fat.
i hope it continues, and feel so positive about my life changes by dropping sugar :)
