Milk alternatives

I would love to make some of the recipes on the website, however because I do not eat/drink dairy (for a couple of reasons) this might be a little challenging. I was using soy milk but after becoming fructose-free this is not an option as my beloved 'healthy' soy milk contains cane sugar.

I see that rice milk is acceptable. Has anyone used rice milk?

Are there any other alternatives I could use?

I would think rice milk would be ok in place of normal milk, although the taste is different compared to cows milk but if your mixing it in with thing you wouldn't really notice a difference and you should still get the same end result

You can get soy milk that has no added sugar. I drink Pure Harvest Nature's soy. No fructose.

    Hi there,

I have recently bought some Vitasoy Rice milk. I was impressed to see Vitasoy had listed all categories of sugars on the box, ie; lactose, fructose, glucose etc. The only sugar present in Vitasoy Rice milk is glucose,

    Regards
