NIP - sugar in the ingredients

    Hi

    Just wondering if anyone could answer this question (I am new to the sugar free way of life);

    If a product says it contains sugar in the ingredients list but the total sugars in the NIP say <3g/100  are these safe to eat??

    It depends what the product is E ... if its a drink (or other product you would consume much more than 100g of in a sitting) then probably not.  But if its anything else its probably fine ... what was the product you were worried about?
