Red wine is good, any wine that is not sweet is OK which includes some whites. Rule of thumb is if it tastes sweet then you probably shouldn't drink it as I believe some of the sweeter wines still contain amounts of fructose.
The fermentation process turns the sugars (including fructose) into alcohol (thereby eliminating the danger from the fructose). This includes some spirits, it's the mixers that you need to watch.
