In the free forums there is a recipe for anzac biscuits, I use rice malt syrup instead of the
barley malt syrup (simply because I didn't have any) and everyone loves them, even people that eat sugar. http://sweetpoison.myfreeforum.org/about1119.html&highlight=anzac The rice malt syrup can be purchased at Coles in the health foods section. I have never seen it at Woolworths. It is also good on toast and crumpets. I usually substitute the rice malt syrup when the recipe calls for brown sugar or syrup, and haven't had any failures, yet. The glucose powder is dextrose which can be purchased in the beer brewing section of Woolworths/Big W
