There has been some discussion on these boards about various yoghurts, and I'm wondering if anyone has tried this brand and/or if it would be OK.
The brand is Gippsland Dairy and the title is natural organic yogurt. The ingredients are ...
Organic Milk, Milk solids, Yogurt cultures (acidophilus, bifidus, casei)
The sugar content for 100g is listed as 5.2
What do people think? David??
