How Much Sugar?

    I have discovered "Black Swan" Blueberry Greek Style Natural Yoghurt & Vanilla Bean Greek Style Natural Yoghurt in the supermarket. They have no  added sugar and I can't see any sugar or artifcial sweetener in the ingredients list.

    Are both these items "kosher" for the sugar free lifestyle. (The blueberry one contains 10% Blueberries and pear juice.)

    Kim ... "juice" is generally another way of saying they've added pure fructose ... but I don't have the product info on hand.  I'll take a look when next in the supermarket but in the meantime, what's the sugars per 100g amount on each one?
