Hi, can anyone tell me if it is okay to have my daily psyllum husks and also is sour cream legal?

Hi Robyn,

I take psyllium also and don't think there is any problem with it, only my opinion.  It is just husk and doesn't have any sugar content.  As for the sour cream, that is quite ok as normal cream is a green lighter.
