Was wondering if anyone knows if pretzels are okay for you?
- packet said 1.7g per 100g, however the ingredient list reads: wheat flour, glucose, salt, vegetable oli, mineral, salt and yeast.
It seems to be less than 2g per 100g, which I think is the rule. However wasnt sure with glucose in the ingredient list.
Any advice? I had them over the chocolate bar today at work so probably best choice overall! :-)
