I have a million questions but am slowly finding answers. I'm also sorry if my questions are already on here ... Just a couple I have that maybe someone (if not David) can answer.
1. If Sugar makes you fat, how come I have lots of friends who are REALLY skinny who eat tons of sugar?
2. If a product (eg John West sardines in Tomato Sauce) lists ingredients as sardines, water, tom paste, salt, vinegar, xanthum gum, and the sugar content is less than 1g per 100g, would that be classed as OK.
3. I can't see anywhere in the 'cracker biscuits' where rice cakes are listed. Are they all OK?
