I think I noticed a question about stock, I have found Massel stock powders and soup stock to have non or very little sugar in them and they are great I use them all the time
Vegetable stock powder 5.9g per 100g (mind you I dont have my book yet so I could be completely up the wrong track)
Chicken stock .3g per 100grs
Vegeta is another good stock .16g per 100 grams
I am looking forward to getting my book and cutting out sugars
