Hi Everyone,
I am new to the no sugar movement.
I have a few questions.
1. Is bread ok or not ok? If it is on the list that David has compliled then is it ok?
2. If we do make a delicious dessert is it ok to have 1 serving a day or is it a more of a sometimes treat?
3. Are we not meant to eat any fruit at all?
