Hi, Carol, I am a walking advert for getting rid of Candida....It's so hard to do....I cannot eat mushrooms, I Love them, but they are soo my trigger....Also if I do indulge in a little too much sugary nonsense, it really lets me know....it took me the 19 months on here to lose my weight, and another year to get rid of the Candida....
