No doubt this subject has been covered somewhere but I was wondering if there is any problems with either xylitol or erythritol? I have been following Wheat Belly - Dr William Davis - or should I say a combination of paleo/fructose free but find that a lot of the paleo people use raw honey, maple syrup, dried fruit etc which I refuse to use because of the fructose content. However, as I am trying to keep my blood glucose levels from spiking, Dr Davis advocates using stevia (which I don't like the taste of anyway) or these other 2 substitutes. Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks
