Hi David,

I recently watched an online leture in which it was mentioned that pumpkin seed oil was a good oil as long as it is organic, unrefined, cold pressed and GM free. In your 'Oils Ready Reckoner' it is listed as a 'bad' oil'.  What is your take on this?
