I started cutting sugar on Monday, and since Tuesday I have been plagued by horrible indigestion, yesterday from 10am to 11pm (when I finally managed to fall asleep)! Looks like it's going to be the same today. Can't concentrate on anything because of it.
I would say it's coincidental that I have indigestion the same week as starting but I had a similar problem when I tried to go Paleo this time last year, and it was a big factor in my giving that up after 6 weeks. Could it really a withdrawal symptom kicking as early as day 2?
However giving up sugar is not nearly as strict as going Paelo, so... has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?
