    Since bread has very little sugar in it anyway just use any old recipe.If it looks like containing more than 2%  sugar just substitute a double quantity of glucose for the sucrose.

    Hi Doug

    I've got a great recipe for Soda Bread.  I found it on the BBC Good Food Website.  I make it with all wholemeal flour instead of half and half.  Also, once I've made it I cut it up into slices and freeze it.  This way it keeps fresh and I only take out what I need.  Happy Baking!!!
