enjoy pumpkin , i looked it up on the NUTTAB site and it was saying that it contained mannitol in it . by davids records this is a bad sugar ..... what happens now .

Check the amount of manitol. I'll bet it is miniscule.. And as John Yudkin famously said, very small amounts of "bad" things aren't going to have a big impact on your health.
