OK, so I was pleased to read that whole egg mayo can be OK, the NIP of my brand of choice lists sugar as being 1g/100g, so I am excited. Then I discover that it lists corn syrup as an ingredient!
    Can I still eat it?

Corn Syrup is fine, it's HFCS you need to look out for.  Use this as a guide.

Hi.. out of curiosity, what is your brand of Mayo?

I looked at every single one on the supermarket Shelf and all of them seemed to contain sugar (even the whole egg ones).

    So, I made my own:

    1 x Egg

    1 x Pinch of salt

    1 x Tsp Dijon mustard

    1/2 x Tsp lemon juice

1 x cup light olive oil

    * in a mini food processor throw in the whole egg, salt, lemon & Dijon mustard and blend on low or medium setting... slowly drip-feed the oil through until all added. Refrigerate and it's done!

It's easy and cheap (you can double the ingredients to make a bigger batch).

However if I can buy one it's good to know, for convenience.

What brand do you use and where do you buy it?

    Thanks
