    What are your thoughts on wheat. After reading the Wheat Belly books by William Davis MD I am totally confused about what flour to use for cooking. Have other people got similar questions?

    We have been sugar free for over 10 months or more now I can't quite remember BUT we have also been totally grain/wheat/gluten free for four months as well.  I can honestly say I LOVE how our family are feeling and looking :) Dr William Davis he is brilliant ... His YouTube videos are just amazing.  The only flours in our house are .... Almond flour, coconut flour, Hazlenut flour and flaxseed meal.  Dr Davis recommends this blog as well and I LOVE her recipes which are child friendly.  Our son was a chronic asthmatic and since stopping all sugar/wheat/gluten he has NOT needed his enhalers.  This is her website if you are interested :) http://alldayidreamaboutfood.com 

    At first cooking with these non gluten flours is hard as they don't react the same as your normal store bought flours but honestly it is trial and error.  

    If you watch the video David just put in his latest Facebook post "Cereal Killers" just amazing.  I rented the movie and have watched it three times... Fantastic :) All the best Michelle
