Yeah, fascinating book which answered a lot of questions for me like, Why if I have lost 16 Kg cutting out sugar is my stomach still bloated?
After reading that book, doing more research and testing turns out I am gluten intolerant!
Try buying gluten free, sugar free food - HA!
Oh well feel a lot better just have to read labels even more carefully (watching out for the insidious "May contain Gluten" attached below the ingredients even when the ingredients themselves look fine) and having to cook even more from stratch.
