I am intolerant to milk so have been on Soy Milky Lite for several years and just have a splash in my coffee and on cereal.  It has 1.7% sugar and sugar is in the list of ingredients.  Today I bought Almond milks and rice milks ( which would be an acquired taste) and their sugar percentage is similar.  Can I stick to my soy as it is still light on sugar or do I have to switch because sugar appears in the ingredients list. Sorry I have read book but it isn't clear to me about milk alternatives. Thanks for your help.

Hi  I wouldnt be having soy full stop, but guess that makes it hard with no milk, have you thought about making your own almond milk it might be a better option than bought stuff or have you tried some of the new lactose free milks you can get now, hope this is some help.
