Availability of Soy Milk in Japanese Cities

    Has anyone seen the equivalent of our Sanatarium So Good regular Soy Milk in Japanese convenience stores or supermarkets??

    Soy milk is not recommended because it is usually sweetened with sucrose. This is presumably true of both Chinese and Japanese methods of manufacture.

    Thanks for the reply JohnN. Sanatarium So Good Regular states sugars total 2%,which I think I shall have to live with here as Woolworths powdered skim milk is much more and already I take Lipitor for cholesterol,l so I keep off straight milk. I shall have to check sugars content of soy milk while in Japan for six weeks. I hope it's not just quoted in Kanji!
