Does this mean, say, a WHOLE apple and WHOLE banana or, for instance, a WHOLE orange and WHOLE kiwifruit??

    Hello Barry
You can get small apples from any Farmer's markets..........supermarket fruit is just too big and sweet these days. If you look in the Sweet Poison Quit plan you will see David's charts showing the ratio of fiber to fructose and then can choose your fruit accordingly.
I hardly eat any fruit myself, but when I do, its small.......a couple of strawberries or a handful of blueberries.
    cheers

Thanks Freda and JohnN (again), that's not good news. For a varied diet I like to eat a bit more than your replies but perhaps I had better cut down a bit.  Barry le Mar.
