have you read David's books.........Sweet Poison and The Sweet Poison Quit Plan?
If not, I really suggest you do.........you can get them out of your local library.
They will tell you all you need to know about giving up sugar. Also, how to keep your fructose intake down. We aren't aiming to fit in 20 grams of sugar a day, but rather to cut out sugar all together.
Otherwise we would be continuing to be addicted to it.
