I am only 16 days being sugar free.Last night, and this afternoon, I became quite suddenly very nauseous. I had pains in my stomach and very much felt like I was going to vomit- I actually did ( a little bit) last night. Was wondering if this is a typical side effect of going sugar free and is it just a temporary thing?

It's a normal symptom - see page 84 of
Sweet Poison Quit Plan.
If your symptoms don't subside in a reasonable time, like from a few days to a few weeks. If you are concerned about it, consult your doctor. And good luck on your journey :-)

Thanks for that ! I was convinced that it was a normal side effect and I did go and check page 84 ! I'd forgotten that I had read that !
