    Hi.This is really only for another NZ resident to answer!Where can you buy glucose in bulk??The supermarkets only have 400g tubs for almost $4.00!!Make one cake and it's almost gone!Hope someone has some information.Thanks.

    Hello Kathy and welcome.
    You can buy Glucose (Dextrose) in bulk in any brewing store. Just Google around your area for home brewing and you'll be sure to find one.

    Try this if you do not have a home brew shop nearby - or some supermarkets will respond to consumer requests to get in dextrose in 1 kg packs as used by home brew shops.
