    I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but I have totally confused myself now about milk. Can someone please confirm if my thinking is correct. Full fat milk has no fructose just lactose so it's ok? Low fat milk has added sugar (fructose) to replace the fat so should be avoided - right? Soy milk is out because it's high in fructose. I've just found out Im allergic to cows milk but can not survive without what was my skim cappuccino. So if i wasn't allergic and was trying to go sugar free I would simply switch to full fat milk , full fat yogart etc right but because I can't really have that now I could have Zymil milk (lactose but with enzyme added back in to digest it for me as I can't myself)? I haven't seen any coffee shops that offer Zymil so I guess I need to get used to a long black in that case.. I'd appreciate someone confirming this if anyone is out there. Many thanks in advance.

    David treats this subject in Sweet Poison Quit Plan (p62) and Big Fat Lies (p109).
    And you have it petty much to rights. But do check the ingredients list for "sugars".

    Am registering thanks to JohnN for his helpful reply to Donna Rogers. I was also seeking guidance regarding my concern about milk and hadn't reached Page 62 yet. While I'm not Lactose intolerant, I am on Lipitor to keep my Cholesterol in check. I therefore use Sanatarium So Good Regular but it has 2% sugars, so thought I would see about changing to full cream natural milk. It might also be preferable to Soy milk when I'll shortly be in Japan for six weeks. I just can't drink tea, coffee or cocoa without adding milk.

    I am also confused about Milk you state in your book that you try to keep your sugar intake to 10grms of sugar per meal but you also say you drink milk when you want a drink can you please explain
