Don't know if anyone has seen this site http://www.calorieking.com.au/foods/ but it has a database of nutritional value of every brand of every food and drink you could possibly buy.  It is about calories and does not have ingredients, so you do not know the type of sugar but it has the percentages of sugar.

calorieking.com.au  is where I maintained my weight loss for five years, by daily recording calories.  I'm still recording, as a bit of a mini-experiment to see if fructose-free makes any difference that way.

It's a really easy way to record your sugars.  And if they don't have a brand you can enter in the data manually to the food diary and save it.

Food Standards have a very good range of food, when you search for a food it will give a break down of what the sugars are http://www.foodstandards.gov.au/consumerinformation/nuttab2010/

I've used Calorie King the last 3 years for the same reasons as Nadine.  Another good site is http://nutritiondata.com
It gives a bigger range of data but it is American so some of our foods go by different names.
