It depends on the wine and spirit.  Generally speaking they don't contain fructose, however there may be still some traces with the sweeter wines, so stick to the dry whites and all reds should be ok.  Spirits should be fine it's the mixers you need to watch out for.  But rule of thumb, if it tastes sweet it probably has some fructose left.
