After using dextrose in my cooking for over a year I have discovered I am sensitive to corn (and all grains) and the dextrose is made from corn so I can no longer eat it.
Does anyone know of glucose / dextrose that is not made from corn or any grain?

there is rice malt syrup, it's a syrup which comes from rice. Otherwise only thing I can think of is artifical sweeteners, some people use stevia, maybe that's another option too.
