I have found these dark chocolate bars at a local coffee shop. They read that they should be fine to eat and as I like dark chocolate they are helping me get through my cravings. They are 70% cocoa and sweetened with stevia. Has anyone else tried them & are they ok?

haven't tried them no but if stevia is the only sweetener in them then yes they are ok. I actually like just the normal 85% chocolate (I get mine from aldi) yes it does have sugar in there but you only need a little and it's my special treat with a cup of tea when the kids go to bed.

Check the sugars listed...I have not checked the Well Naturally label...though I used to buy it before going sugar free...if it is just Stevia you are fine but check the 'bad' sugars too, like Maltitol and Sorbitol

Hi again.
The plain dark chocolate Well naturally bars are fine. The others have Isomalt which is in the 'bad' list.

Don't they contain polydextrose? It's in the 'Unsafe' list.

Honestly, if you eat a bucket of them, it's probably bad. If you have a square or two now and then and it doesn't impact on your appetite control or cravings, then it's clearly fine.

you can have them yes, they will contain fructose and it also depends if it brings cravings if you consume them.
