Was wondering about milk, what does everyone drink in their coffee?
Like if you had a flat white at a cafe?

In accordance with the book, I ditched any sort of 'low fat' milk when I started being sugar free. I have a mug of full cream milk every day, in the form of a latte, made in my espresso machine.

I drink organic full fat milk in tea and coffee. Most of the time when i buy a latte i forget to tell them full cream. I think majority of coffee shops use low fat milk unless you ask for the full cream.
