    I came across this book recently. Although the emphasis is on avoiding unhealthy fats, many of the recipes contain little or no sugar. Breakfast lunch and dinner are covered as well as deserts. But watch out for them as they seem to have lost the (sugar) plot a bit in this section. Many recipes contain a large number of ingredients, which makes trying things out a bit difficult. Only 4 pages of text and the rest are recipes. Also available from Fishpond (free delivery) at the same price. My copy is A5 (148x210) size and I  picked it up at the doctor's surgery.
