Not exactly a recipe, but almost!  I have muesli most mornings with milk, plain yoghurt, and sometimes a few blueberries.

I make muesli by going to a health food shop (Goodies and Grains in the Adelaide Central Market, if anyone else is from SA) and looking at one of their packets of sugar/fruit free muesli.  Then I buy some of each of the ingredients listed and mix it together at home.  I learned early on not to get too much bran as I don't like it much!

I could just buy the one in the packet but its so easy to make and cheaper too.

The museli that I sometimes have on yoghurt with frozen berries is pretty much the same.  I just mix together some rolled oats, crushed nuts (mixture of unsalted cashews and almonds) and seeds (I use sunflower and pepitas).  You can have it as it is, or you can toast them.  Simply toast over a dry fry pan, or some a really different flavour, melt some butter and rice malt syrup.  Mix in the oats, nuts and seeds (don't want it too moist, you only want a few tablespoons depending on the amount of oats you have) and roast in the oven until golden brown.  Let it cool before storing in a container.  It lasts for a while too.
