I'm not referring to rice malt syrup, I'm talking about powdered malt (the stuff they use in beer making).
Anyway, I've used it in heaps of things over the last few days. It's supposed to be very nutritious too, and it's sweet so anything that needs sweetening it is good for.
I just replaced a quarter of the dextrose in the chocolate ice cream recipe out of the quit plan with malt powder and the ice cream is delicious.
I've used it in porridge, and I intend to use it next time I make a cake or muesli bars. And in a smoothie one day soon.
