    It does have sugar in it though, so you would need to add Dextrose and/or glucose syrup, or rice malt syrup.


    Hope it's ok, just trying nto help you guys out there who have allergies.

    my 'icing' is simply dextrose, flavour (either cocoa or vanilla extract) and water to mix :) (I do sometimes melt butter and add it, or for tang, yoghurt but of course that's not dairy free)
