Ingredients
1 large onion
2 garlic cloves
30mls oil
300g can tomatoes
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
3 tablespoon rice malt syrup (I only used glucose as that is all I had and it still turned out fairly good)
Method
In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat, add garlic and onion. Cook until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Put in food processor or blender and blend until smooth. You can keep the sauce as it is or you can strain it and get rid of the extra lumps.
