    Thanks so much for this recipe...
    I made the cake last night and it is delicious love it!!!
    I used shredded coconut to give it a bit of a different texture and am totally liking it.
    I have to confess though that I couldn't wait for it to cool down before I had a taste...
    it's really really crumbly if you don't let it cool down before you cut it ooops!
    so once again thank you for the recipe
